Vendor Terms and Fees If you are a vendor on Alertzone.pk, you agree to the terms set forth in the Vendor Agreement, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. You will be responsible for paying any fees associated with using Alertzone.pk, as set forth in the Vendor Agreement.
Prohibited Activities You agree not to use Alertzone.pk for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site. You may not use the Site to harass, defame, or abuse others. You may not engage in any activity that violates this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Alertzone.pk or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of the content on the Site for any purpose without the express written consent of Alertzone.pk.
Disclaimer of Warranties Alertzone.pk makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Site. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Alertzone.pk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability In no event shall Alertzone.pk be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Site or the services provided by Alertzone.pk, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory of liability.
